There are always so many things going on in our lives. We have to get everybody going in the morning, make sure the kids have lunch money, homework is done, baths are taken. Then it is time to get us going – bath is taken, gas in the car, lunch made. We go to work and do all of our duties there, then we come home and do all of the duties there, go to bed, get up the next day and do it all over again! Are we always positive during all of this? If I look at myself, I would say probably not. Do you think it is possible to train yourself to be positive? I’m not sure, but I am totally game.
Check out this article that I found on Positively Positive. It has some good information in it and I am open for trying new things. Just think, if you are positive, it will also help you to not be stressed. And of course if you are not stressed, your health should be better too, right?
